In Nesat Village, creativity lives in every corner. From handmade crafts and art installations to live performances under the cashew trees, music is a big part of who we are. Through Nesat Market, we’re creating a monthly rendezvous — a meeting point to celebrate joy and connection through live acts that bring together locals, travelers, and artists alike.

This season, Nesat Market has officially become a Friend of Leng Pleng, Cambodia’s long-running online live-music magazine — and we’re proud to see our project featured on the Leng Pleng website and introduced to their community of music lovers across the country.

About Leng Pleng

Founded in 2009 by Ken White, LengPleng.com has become a trusted hub for Cambodia’s live-music scene, featuring gig listings across Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kampot, Kep, and beyond. Since 2019, it’s been edited by Scott Bywater, who has been part of the country’s music landscape since 2008. Leng Pleng also shares artist interviews and mini-profiles, compiled each year in Around the Traps — a book celebrating Cambodia’s evolving music community.

Shared Vibes

Both Leng Pleng and Nesat Market are projects of heart — celebrating creativity, community, and the energy of live performance. Together, we aim to give artists visibility and keep Cambodia’s music scene thriving.
